Revenue GL accts will be locked 7/1/2015 for the month of June 2015. All month-end Revenue activity must be

completed by 6/30/2015 at 5:00 PM.

Revenue posted to prior month is not allowed.


Starting today June 30, 2015 5p.m. to July 4, 2015 6p.m.

Both TRIP and PRRW Travel Transactions will be locked and display of Travel and Expenses under ESS will be removed.

All travel transactions and display "Travel and Expenses" under ESS will be restored July 4, 2015 at 6PM.

» The HR Service Center operates from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Trained representatives are available to assist with non-travel questions related to ESS.
